Solar_Controller_Page

[CHG] Method _setContentType() is no longer called directly inside fetch();

instead, it is now part of the _render() cycle, so that you can set

$_format in pre-render if you like.

[CHG] Method _setContentType() now sets Content-Type in the response only

if it has not already been set; this lets you have direct control over the Content-Type of the response.

[ADD] Method _fixViewObject() now sets the locale class and special

variables in the view, instead of _preRender(). This means _preRender() is now empty by default, just like all the other hook methods.
